About InfiniteWatch

InfiniteWatch is an AI-native observability platform that monitors and automates customer interactions across web sessions, voice calls, and co-browsing experiences. We've raised $4M in pre-seed funding led by Base10 Partners and are preparing to exit stealth mode. We work with clients across financial services, e-commerce, travel, and telecom sectors.

The Opportunity

Join as our Chief Revenue Officer to build InfiniteWatch's entire go-to-market engine from zero. This is a founding executive role: you own the number, the team, and the category narrative.

For the first year, the go-to-market team is you and the CEO. Together you'll decide which markets to attack, write the outbound, run demos, and close the first enterprise deals with your own hands. The org, the playbook, and the hiring plan get built underneath you as you sell, not before.

Stage & De-risking Context:

  • $4M pre-seed funding from Base10 Partners
  • Active clients with insurance and fintech players across US, LATAM and Spain
  • Proven product across voice agents, web sessions, and multi-channel observability
  • Founding team with prior exits and enterprise scale experience

Focus

Own InfiniteWatch's revenue function end to end: market entry strategy, a category-defining narrative around AI-native observability, direct enterprise closing, and the build-out of a repeatable, forecastable revenue organization.

What You'll Own

Revenue Strategy: Decide where we play and how we win. Segment the market, choose the wedge, define the ideal customer profile and the personas we sell to, and set pricing and packaging. This is a strategy seat as much as a sales seat.

The Number (Full Accountability): Own new business, expansion, and retention targets. Build the model, defend it with the board, and hit it. Bring forecasting rigor from day one, not from Series A.

Hands-On Selling (Year One): Personally close the first wave of enterprise deals across insurance, financial services, e-commerce, travel, and telecom. Your future reps will inherit the playbook you wrote in the field, not a deck you wrote in a room.

Building the Revenue Org: Once the motion is proven, hire, onboard, and lead AEs, SDRs, and eventually RevOps, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Define territories, comp plans, quotas, ramp expectations, and the bar for talent.

Category Creation & Narrative: Define what AI-native observability means in the market. Own positioning, messaging, and the competitive story. Carry it into analyst conversations, conferences, and content.

Platform GTM Strategy: Set entry points per segment, orchestrate multi-product adoption, and design the land-and-expand motion across voice and web observability.

GTM Infrastructure: Stand up CRM, qualification frameworks, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and enablement assets: pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive benchmarks, security and compliance response kits.

Product Feedback Loop: Convert market signal into product requirements. Run tight win/loss loops with the founders and influence the roadmap.

Ideal Profile

You can size a market, pick the wedge, and defend the choice with reasoning before there is any data to lean on. You've made real commercial strategy calls, not just executed someone else's plan.

Year one is you and the CEO in the market. You'll write the outbound, run the demo, build the deck, negotiate the contract, and update the CRM yourself.

Founding Executive Mentality. You want equity upside and founder-level accountability. You're building a revenue organization, not inheriting one.

10+ years in B2B SaaS sales or commercial leadership with 3+ years leading revenue teams. Took a company through roughly $1M to $10M+ ARR, ideally at Seed to Series B stage.

Personally closed $100K to $500K+ ARR enterprise deals recently. You are not looking for a role where you stop selling.

Enterprise Complexity. Sells C-level to C-level. Navigates multi-stakeholder buying committees in regulated industries without losing momentum.

Recruited AEs who hit quota and stayed.

Activatable Network (strong plus). Named personas at named companies in financial services, insurance, or enterprise tech where you can run a warm intro in week one.

Sold or advised on tech, AI/ML platforms. Can hold a real conversation with an engineering evaluator and translate it for a CFO.

AI-Native. Power user of AI tools.

Builder. Comfortable with trial-and-error and iteration versus executing established playbooks.

Comfortable with conference speaking, content creation, and analyst relations. Builds market narrative and category presence.
