The Opportunity

Join as our first European sales leader to build InfiniteWatch's go-to-market motion from zero. This is a founding team role, not just our first sales hire, but the architect of our entire European revenue engine. You'll work directly with founders to define category narrative, close enterprise deals, and scale the GTM organization while we transition from stealth to market leader.

Focus

Own InfiniteWatch's European market entry as founding sales leader, build category-defining narrative around AI-native observability, close enterprise deals, and scale the revenue organization. Transform design partnerships into referenceable customers while establishing repeatable sales motions that generate measurable outcomes.

What You'll Own

Founding Sales Leadership (Months 1-12): Build European Sales organization from zero. Close deals yourself while establishing team structure, compensation models, and hiring strategy. Transition from player to player-coach as we scale.

Enterprise Sales (Full-Cycle): Lead prospecting through close across insurance, financial services, e-commerce, travel, and telecom. Navigate complex buying processes with technical and business stakeholders.

Design Partner Evolution: Transform existing partnerships into case studies, expansion revenue, and referenceable customers. Extract repeatable patterns for broader market.

Technical Selling: Demonstrate value through voice agents, web sessions, and multi-channel analytics. Navigate technical evaluations, compliance requirements, and security reviews.

Platform GTM Strategy: Identify optimal product entry points per customer. Orchestrate multi-product adoption and land-expand motion across voice and web observability.

Usage-Based Pricing: Structure deals around consumption models. Help customers understand value realization and predict costs in usage-based framework.

Product Feedback Loop: Convert market insights into product requirements. Identify recurring patterns and influence platform roadmap based on customer conversations.

GTM Infrastructure: Build sales processes, CRM systems, forecasting rigor, and qualification frameworks. Create pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, competitive benchmarks.

Ideal Profile

Founding Team Mentality: Seek equity upside with founder-level accountability. Build and lead revenue organization, not just hit individual quota. Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy.

Enterprise Sales Track Record: 5-8+ years closing $75K-250K+ ARR deals in technical infrastructure, observability, or AI/ML platforms. Proven success in early-stage startups (Seed-Series B).

Insurance/Financial Services Depth: Deep expertise in insurance operations, contact center technology in regulated industries, or similar high-value B2B verticals where InfiniteWatch has traction.

AI-Native Operator: Extreme power user of AI tools. Embody AI-native GTM practices in prospecting, qualification, proposal generation, and market analysis.

Builder, Not Just Scaler: Thrive in chaos and create structure where none exists. Comfortable with trial-and-error, documentation, and iteration versus executing established playbooks.

Business-Technical Translation: Convert complex customer environments into clear requirements. Bridge technical evaluators and business decision-makers effectively.

Design Partner Success: Successfully transitioned early strategic relationships into referenceable customers, case studies, and repeatable sales patterns.

Thought Leadership Ready: Comfortable with conference speaking, content creation, analyst relations. Build market narrative and category presence.

Product Collaboration: Shape product positioning and roadmap through market feedback. Establish tight feedback loops with founders on win/loss insights.

Location: Based in a European tech hub (London, Madrid, Berlin, Amsterdam, or similar) with existing network in target industries.

AI-Native DNA: Join a team that builds AI-native products and operates AI-natively. Use Claude/Cursor daily, leverage AI in every GTM motion.

Equity-Defining Role: Own equity of a company targeting $50M+ ARR within 3-4 years.
