Own the architecture, engineering culture, and execution across data, AI, and product systems for both Session Replay and Voice Analysis. Build scalable foundations for rapid iteration, reliability, and cross-team alignment.
What we need
Architecture & Systems:
- Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture: capture → ingestion → processing → AI → frontend.
- Unify schemas, pipelines, and storage models across replay and voice products.
- Ensure scalability, observability, and cost efficiency.
Team & Execution:
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team (data infra, AI, full-stack).
- Drive agile delivery, code quality, and technical ownership.
- Align technical execution with product milestones.
AI & Data Strategy:
- Oversee AI and data pipelines (RAG, embeddings, inference).
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and versioning best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI models and tools.
Infrastructure & Reliability:
- Own infrastructure across Fly.io, Vercel, Supabase, ensuring uptime and scalability.
- Define SLAs, CI/CD processes, and incident response workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Communicate trade-offs and roadmap clearly to leadership.
- Foster a culture of documentation, iteration, and technical excellence.

Who we are looking for
8+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership roles.
Proven experience with distributed data and AI systems.
Hands-on architectural depth, startup mindset.
Strong communicator who bridges tech and product.
